TERMS & CONDITIONS
I hereby consent to the modification of my Firearm/Grip Module/Polymer80 Frame or wooden stock, and understand that by doing so, the factory warranty may become void (See manufacturer's info for verification). Additionally, the modifications being performed will permanently alter the Firearm/Grip Module/Frame and cannot be reversed. I understand that each instance of modification is unique due to the process in which the modification is applied. BelleIsle Customs reserves the right to refuse modification to your Firearm/Grip Module/Polymer80 Frame should we deem that it should not be modified in its current condition.

These Terms & Conditions release BelleIsle Customs,  any and all owners, presidents, co-owners, employees, subcontractors and staff from all liability relating to injuries that may occur as a result of work or services performed. By acknowledging this agreement, I agree to hold BelleIsle Customs entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in modifying a firearm from its factory specifications. These risks include, but are not limited to, loss of factory warranty, financial loss, bodily harm or injuries including but not limited to death. I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. By acknowledging the Terms & Conditions, I forfeit all right to bring a law suit against BelleIsle Customs for work or services rendered. Any and all modifications are performed as BelleIsle Customs sees fit based upon their professional opinion and experience.

 

REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY
Our refund policy is All Sales Final on frame packages where the work has been completed and/or any custom manufactured woodstock. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.  

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Your satisfaction is a top priority to BelleIsle Customs, so if you do have a concern, please reach out to: belleislecustoms@gmail.com, and you will get a call to address your concerns and insure you are taken care of and 100% satisfied.

Order Cancelations 
We invest time and money in every order placed as soon as your payment is processed (our automated processes begin immediately after the order is placed).  For this reason and since there is work involved internally with canceling an order, all orders canceled for any reason will be charged a 15% cancelation fee.  By placing an order with us (online or by phone), you agree to pay a 15% cancelation fee should you decide to cancel your order for any reason.      Please be sure of your order, and it's accuracy, before you place it with us.  We do not like to charge a cancellation fee and apologize for having to do so, but it is necessary when cancelations occur.
Threatening us that you will tell your friends, post negative comments on the internet, dispute the credit card charge, etc, will NOT cause us to waive this fee.  Unless you are 100% sure you want the order, please do NOT place it.  Thank you for your understanding of this policy.
Orders can not be canceled by email.  Any cancelations via email will not be accepted.  You must call 860.680.1933  during normal business hours  to cancel your order.

 

Changes to your Order
No changes can be made to an order after it has been placed if it involves addition or subtraction of any options.    Be sure your order is correct before you hit submit. If you decide you want a different stipple pattern please email us immediately at: belleislecustoms@gmail.com   iNCLUDE YOUR ORDER # AND NAME
 

 

SHIPPING PROCESS
* I am an 01 FFL dealer, which means I can legally recieve your serialized frame and/or firearm.

* ONCE YOU CHECKOUT  AND I HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL WITH THE CORRECT SHIP TO ADDRESS. 

* When shipping, please include a legible copy of your ID (Drivers license, military id, or passport). We are required by law to ship to the address listed on your ID, although it is HIGHLY recommended to ship to a local FFL dealer that is willing to recieve your stripped frame.
* Please ship your frame and/or firearm via FedEx if possible.
* Please package your frame/parts well. Wrap all parts so they are not harmed during travel.
* If you are shipping a polymer pistol frame, I ONLY ACCEPT STRIPPED FRAMES. (Frames that have been stripped of all parts possible) A fully assembled pistol frame will be sent back, and shipping cost deducted from your refund.
* Standard shipping for a polymer pistol frame  is free. But, if you send your gun in a  case, need expedited shipping, or signature required additional fees may apply.


Our products are shipped within the quoted timeframe for completion of services using  FEDEX .  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of r shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
